Writer Of The Quote: William Weller
Why was I was only gay guy here? Well besides Mason Chaplin, he was caught snogging some random guy at a party once. He wasn’t into me though, I’d observed him for the past few months. I never got anything more than a passing smile or glance. Wait? Did it really sound that bad, observing and stalking almost went hand in hand. Oh well, I could always count it as ‘focused walking’ that sounded a little better.
Why do you like it?: The words just flow for me, and I love the way he compares observing and stalking. It's rather poetic in places, but unassumingly.

Writer Of The Quote: Nala Winston Quote:
She had a brother, and no matter how kind and protective Max was, he would never be Rusty. There was no way anyone would take Rusty’s place, but she wouldn’t begrudge him if he tired to be a brotherly figure. She wasn’t angry that all of a sudden she had a new big brother, even when she could never really accept that her own was dead. She would never accept it unless she got a body; an empty coffin was like a story without the last chapter, like a chord progression without the resolution. ... She could be anything she wanted, here in California. For some this chance at reinventing themselves would have been something to celebrate, a chance to wipe the slate clean of any misdeeds, a chance to become a new person. Not for Nala. She was, and would always be, whether she was watched or not, who she was. There were no masks, or, if there were, they had been worn so long they were synonymous with the girl herself.
Why Do You Like It?: It has that same poetic lilt to it. Do I really have to have a reason to like it? Lucky's writing is great.

Writer Of The Quote: Darren Braxton Quote:
Something told me that trying to help her was not going to happen until she opened the real girl up to me. Until she let the beauty of her unguarded personality stand alone. I couldn’t even tell why I thought so highly of her, maybe the connection of pain between us was enough to attract me to her like a fly to light. Whatever it was seemed to only affect me, I couldn’t see any looks of wonder at me.
Why Do You Like It?: This really allows me to have a quick glimpse at the character's personality and past. He isn't feeling confident about the situation, yet he doesn't let it show on the outside.
